For the Ballarat Hospital project, we served as the primary BIM modelers, focusing on HVAC shop detailing. Our team provided detailed, accurate BIM models for the HVAC systems, ensuring precise coordination and seamless integration with the overall building design. Through our expertise in BIM modeling, we played a key role in delivering high-quality, clash-free HVAC designs that contributed to the efficient and successful execution of the project.
On the Logan Hospital project, we served as the BIM Lead Modelers, specializing in fire services coordination and detailing. Our team led the BIM process for fire protection systems, ensuring seamless integration and precise coordination of fire alarms, sprinklers, and other safety systems. By utilizing advanced BIM tools, we delivered accurate, clash-free models that helped streamline the construction process and ensured compliance with safety standards.
For the Melbourne Grammar School project, we acted as the BIM Lead Modelers, focusing on electrical services modeling, coordination, and detailing, including in-ground works. Our team ensured precise integration of electrical systems within the building design, coordinating all components to avoid clashes and optimize functionality. Through detailed BIM models, we facilitated smooth construction processes and helped ensure the project's electrical systems met all requirements for performance and safety.
For the Melbourne Airport Upgrade Works, we were tasked with HVAC and fire services BIM modeling and as-built services, including data population for APAM asset maintenance. Our team provided detailed BIM models for the HVAC and fire protection systems, ensuring accurate integration and seamless coordination. We also populated the models with essential data for ongoing asset management and maintenance, supporting the airport’s long-term operational needs.
For the VSBA School project, we served as the HVAC detailers for both Wollert School and Mickleham School, each comprising six buildings. Our team provided comprehensive HVAC shop detailing, ensuring precise ductwork, equipment placement, and system integration across all buildings. We contributed to the successful design and installation of HVAC systems, helping to create efficient and comfortable learning environments for the schools.
For the Richmond Social Housing project, we were responsible for the As-Built services of the electrical systems, covering four building blocks ranging from 4 to 7 stories. Our team provided detailed, accurate as-built documentation, ensuring that all electrical systems were properly integrated and aligned with the building's requirements. This work supported efficient handover and ongoing maintenance for the social housing development.
